Minimum Stay of 3 nights for the following dates that are still available:

• 23^rd - 28^th April - £150 per night
• 28^th April - 2^nd May - £170 per night
• 2^nd  - 27^th May - £150 per night
• 10^th - 16^th June - £160 per night
• 25^{th -} 1^st July - £160 per night
• September / October - £150 per night
• w/c 13^th October - £170 per night
• w/c 20^th October - £175 per night

Due to a cancellation we have the following available in the summer holidays:

• w/c Saturday 8th July – 7 nights
• w/c Saturday 15^th July – 7 nights minimum @ £1295

Cleaning charge of £65.

Extra cleaning charge of £15 per dog. Maximum one dog unless otherwise agreed.

All on level, one small step through front door.

The Cob has it's own access and gravelled parking area outside. Space for two cars.

Rooms and Spaces

The living space is in between the two bedrooms - an open plan sitting room with kitchen at one end. Two double sofas and a table that can seat six comfortably.

The master bedroom, with a King size bed, has huge oak doors that can open out into the garden with wonderful in land views.

The second bedroom has a raised cabin style double bed - with a small in built wooden ladder. There is a wonderful cabin area built under the double bed which children (and adults!) love to sleep in (there is a light in there). A single mattress is provided in this space.

The bathroom is next door to the main bedroom with a bath and overhead shower. We do not supply sheets and towels. The duvets, pillows, t towels and bath mats are supplied. We recommend using a local linen service if you do not want to bring your own.

Other Things To Note

Dogs are very welcome (although no more than one please) and we do ask that they are never left alone in The Cob unless in a cage. We also request that dogs are not allowed on any furniture or allowed in the bedrooms. There is an extra charge for cleaning - £15 per dog per week.

The garden is directly below The Cob - it is adjacent to our main garden and is part of the old walled gardens of the original farmstead. Please do not come into the main garden in front of our house. There is a trampoline in the walled garden area which is for use by both properties.

Please note that we do not supply bed linen or towels. We can recommend local linen companies if you do not wish to bring your own. T Towels and Bath Mat provided.
